👉Naturista Katupila Powder can be used in several ways,
🔴Can be used for a Drink.
🔴Can be used as a Nest
🔴Can be mixed with Food
⭕Put 100ML of clean water that has been heated until it boils well in a glass.
⭕Take a spoonful of Naturista Katupila and put it in the glass with water and mix it well.
⭕ Keep well covered for 10-8 minutes.
⭕Then mix well again and drink.
🔹Eat at a convenient time after 9 am and before 7 pm and drink after 1 1/2 hours only two days a week

🍵Katupila nest
Required Liquid – 1 Tablespoon of Katupila Powder, 1/2 cup of red raw rice, 2 cups of coconut milk, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt as needed.
🍜How to prepare – Grind the rice and add water and let it boil. After the rice is cooked, mash it well, add coconut milk, finely grated garlic and water and cook for about 10 minutes.
🍽️How to mix with Food.
⭕Add 2 tablespoons of katupila to it when making meals to add to your meal.
