Return & Refund Policy

www.myherbals.lk strictly advises you to make the final purchasing decision after considering all the facts since www.myherbals.lk does not accept returns.

However, www.myherbals.lk accepts refunds if the ordered items are out of stock or management decides that the fulfillment of the order in full or partially is unable. This decision of refund is solely the discretion of the management and the buyer does not have any right to proceed.

Return and Refund & Shipping Policy

MYHERBALS.LK (PVT)LTD ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.myherbals.lk) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be exclusively agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. The completion of a valid purchase is the discretion of our management and the buyer doesn’t have any right to validate any purchase. We have the right to alter any decision to proceed with the order within 3 days of placing the order. Payment will be refunded as per the refund policy stipulated below.

In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund with the discretion of us. The standard period of completion refund will be within 30 days, but it may vary based on the circumstances.

Purchase is actuated when you place a valid order through the website and the items are handed over for delivery.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. At present general delivery rates within Sri Lanka is as follows,

This rate is applied for the first KG and an additional each 1kg will be separately charged Rs.100.00

 

3. Returns

However, MYHERBALS.LK (PVT)LTD accepts refunds if the ordered items are out of stock or management decides that the fulfillment of the order in full or partially is unable. This decision of refund is solely the discretion of the management and the buyer do not have any right to proceed. Further, any type of return or future claim is not accepted.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Delivery will be done only within Sri Lanka.

4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days of payment of the order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched via email. The request to change of delivery address is to be confirmed by us.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

MYHERBALS.LK (PVT)LTD will not ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

4.5 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged/Misplaced in Transit

We are not liable for any damaged or misplaced parcels in transit and our responsibility of the items is restricted to the point of handing over for delivery.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country. The implication of relevant laws, regulations and other enforcements to be aware by the customer and any type of potential costs or penalties related to this will not be borne by us. Further, the customer should refrain from ordering legally restricted, prohibited, or controlled products and we assume the customer is aware of such local implications.

Upon refusal to settle any duties, taxes, or any other charges at the customer’s destination country/region/state, etc., we are not liable to accept the goods and to act any cause of action related to possession of the goods.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

10. Convenience Fee:

This will be charged 2.90% of the cart value as the convenience fee. This will cover the fee or commission charged for the credit/ debit card or cash on delivery. This will be charged in addition to the cart value and will be added to the cart value separately.
